Deliver hands-on and remote technical assistance to end users in a corporate IT environment based in Richmond, IN. This position supports a 1-year contract with possible extension, focused on maintaining desktop functionality across Windows operating systems, including legacy versions like Windows 7 and XP.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver deskside support for hardware and software issues
- Conduct remote troubleshooting using CTS and other support tools
- Deploy, configure, and maintain systems via SCCM
- Diagnose and resolve operating system problems on Windows platforms
- Process incident tickets from initiation to resolution
- Carry out IMAC tasks for user workstations and devices
- Support virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) environments
- Install, update, and repair software applications
- Address technical issues remotely using secure access methods
- Collaborate with teams using SCCD for service coordination
Required Skills
Successful candidates will demonstrate proven experience in deskside and remote support operations. You must be skilled in SCCM administration, incident ticket management, and software deployment. Familiarity with VDI setups and SCCD workflows is essential. Strong problem-solving abilities and a solid background in supporting legacy and current Windows OS environments are required.
