Marks is seeking an Intermediate Adaptive Designer to join our studio. You will support the team in delivering creative solutions for client briefs in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for design adaptations, production artwork builds, and ensuring brand continuity while meeting high standards of creativity, quality, and deadlines. Our studio is part of Marks, a collaborative global network, and the Propelis Group.
What You'll Do
- Participate in and support agency business objectives.
- Interpret concept and brand guidelines through to precise artwork execution.
- Ensure accurate, consistent, and timely completion of high-quality artwork using industry-standard software, tools, and print techniques.
- Learn and execute artwork for legal and regulatory compliance through training.
- Maintain positive and open dialogue with team members throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prioritize workload, proactively seek answers, and meet assigned deadlines.
- Apply strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Create strong internal partnerships and collaborate with Marks/SGS.
- Perform other duties as needed to meet client needs.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a design production role.
- College or University diploma in graphic design.
- Strong understanding of the print process.
- Knowledgeable in multiple aspects of print production techniques.
- Willingness and flexibility to accept direction.
- Open to a flexible work schedule.
- Proficient using Mac OS, Adobe Creative Suite (strong knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign), Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or Keynote).
Nice to Have
- The ability to work in a dynamic, speed-to-market-focused team environment.
- Strong knowledge of packaging requirements such as dielines, rollovers, type height/weight, line thickness, and copy safety zones.
- Knowledge of print processes, finishes, and separations.

Team & Environment
You will join a collaborative global network of 1,900+ team members across 25+ studios and 20+ countries. You will report to the Studio Manager and/or a Senior Adaptive Designer within the studio environment.
