Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of user-facing features, guiding them from initial concept to fully polished production release.
- Collaborate closely with design teams to transform visual concepts into functional, interactive interfaces and adapt quickly based on input.
- Develop and sustain frontend applications that are fast, responsive, and scalable using current web technologies.
- Support full-stack development when necessary, including API integration, data flow design, and end-to-end functionality.
- Identify and address usability friction, inconsistencies, and UX improvement opportunities to enhance product quality.
- Ensure high standards for UI performance, visual consistency, and technical quality across all product surfaces.
- Leverage modern development tools, including AI-powered coding assistants, to accelerate delivery without sacrificing quality.
