Prematch is looking for a Design Engineer for the Americas region to tackle our most challenging design problems and expand our in-house design system. You will design and build software, running projects from customer research to implementation while helping other engineers improve their designs.
What You'll Do
- Tackle our most challenging design problems and help others improve their designs.
- Expand and enhance our in-house design system and consult on bespoke work.
- Run your own projects: research problems, write product specs, build wireframes, and implement solutions end-to-end.
- Push information outward to relevant stakeholders and pull in others to help.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to both design and build software.
- Fundamentals in debugging and abstractions.
- Fast learning ability.
Nice to Have
- Love of typed languages.
- Experience switching from other languages/platforms.

Team & Environment
