Ashby is looking for a Design Engineer to solve our most challenging design problems. In this role, you will expand our in-house design system, consult on bespoke work, and help other engineers improve their designs. You'll have full ownership from initial problem research and wireframing to final implementation.

What You'll Do

Tackle the company's most challenging design problems.
Expand and enhance the in-house design system.
Consult on bespoke design work to help other engineers improve their designs.
Run projects end-to-end: research problems, write product specs, build wireframes, and implement solutions.
Push information outward to relevant stakeholders and pull in help from designers and infra as needed.

What We're Looking For

Ability to design and build software.
