Responsibilities
- Develop high-performance marketing pages using Astro, enabling faster load times, richer interactions, and personalized user experiences beyond the limitations of static content platforms.
- Collaborate with designers to transform Figma designs, prototypes, and AI-generated concepts into polished, production-ready motion and interaction systems, establishing reusable components across marketing and product.
- Create dynamic, data-informed marketing pages that showcase real campaign and cause metrics, including dedicated hubs and landing pages tailored to specific causes, campaigns, and verticals, with a hand-crafted aesthetic despite templated structures.
- Integrate marketing pages with the company’s existing analytics and feature flag infrastructure, leveraging PostHog and LaunchDarkly to enable data-driven deployment and experimentation in marketing workflows.
- Work closely with external Webflow developers to align on shared technical standards across the full web ecosystem, including SEO, tracking, and analytics implementation.
- Serve as a technical liaison between Growth, Marketing, Design, and Product Engineering, translating cross-functional needs into cohesive, implementable solutions.
