Personal Pay is looking for a Design Analyst - Graphic and Multimedia to join our Flow Content Editor team. In this role, you will manage visual content and design systems for the Flow platform, ensuring visual consistency and enhancing user experience through creative design. What You'll Do

Ensure correct management of all content elements on the Flow platform, maintaining the established visual system.
Maintain and update the visual language, proposing, designing, and implementing new guidelines when necessary.
Drive designs that surprise, innovate, and positively impact the user experience.
Design creative pieces for the platform, such as banners, posters, promotional images, and UI graphic elements.
Monitor the workflow progress of team designers responsible for keeping the user interface updated.
Participate in defining and updating visual guidelines to ensure consistency across the entire user experience, collaborating with UX Designers, Content, Branding, and Technology teams.

What We're Looking For

Academic training in Graphic Design (required).
At least 4 years of proven experience in digital graphic design for audiovisual platforms (required).

Nice to Have

Advanced command of professional design tools and knowledge of AI tools.
Knowledge and affinity with audiovisual content.
