DermaVe Spa is hiring a high-energy sales professional for a dynamic, travel-based role. You will represent our luxury spa brand across the United States, meeting clients on-site to provide personalized service recommendations and drive sales.
What You'll Do
- Meet clients on-site and recommend services.
- Upsell and cross-sell treatments and packages.
- Hit daily and weekly sales goals.
- Adapt quickly to new teams and locations.
- Track performance and follow company systems.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in sales or client-facing roles.
- Strong communication and closing skills.
- Comfortable traveling extensively.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: Base salary of $3,500/month plus a tiered commission structure (3%, 5%, 7%). Strong performers can earn six figures.
