The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) is seeking a Departmental Analyst for the Program and Support Unit. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic support group responsible for maintaining and improving the Bureau’s Quality Assurance and Training functions. You will work on a variety of tasks, collaborating with staff, researching metrics, enhancing customer experience, and supporting key initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate and communicate with staff across the Bureau.
- Research and present new performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
- Support quality assurance initiatives and training efforts.
What We're Looking For
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major (for Departmental Analyst 9-P11).
- An educational level typically acquired through completion of high school and the equivalent of at least two years of full-time active-duty experience at or above the E-6 level in the uniformed services may be substituted for the education requirement (for Departmental Trainee 9).
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Treasury systems and applications.
