About the Role
This role is responsible for designing and executing demand generation programs that fuel pipeline growth. The ideal candidate will combine marketing automation, content strategy, and performance analysis to optimize lead acquisition and conversion.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage multi-channel campaigns to generate high-quality leads
- Use marketing automation platforms to nurture prospects through the sales funnel
- Collaborate with content teams to produce assets aligned with buyer personas
- Analyze campaign performance to refine targeting and messaging
- Optimize landing pages and lead capture forms for conversion
- Segment audiences to improve personalization and engagement
- Manage email marketing workflows and drip campaigns
- Coordinate with sales teams to align on lead qualification criteria
- Track KPIs including cost per lead, conversion rates, and ROI
- Integrate CRM and marketing tools for seamless data flow
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, CTAs, and content formats
- Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations
- Report on program effectiveness to leadership stakeholders
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and competitive landscape
- Scale successful campaigns while managing budget efficiency
