Cognizant is hiring a Delivery Director to serve as a Delivery Leader within the Banking & Financial Services (BFS) sector. You will be responsible for shaping, designing, and implementing the transformation agenda for our engagements in ADM, Cloud, Digital Engineering, and QEA, working closely with customers and execution teams to deliver key outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Shape, design, and implement the transformation agenda for Cognizant engagements in ADM, Cloud, Digital Engineering, and QEA.
- Partner with markets, Sales, and other service lines to lead RFPs, defining solutions focused on customer outcomes.
- Lead RFP presentations, customer walkthroughs, and client presentations.
- Draft Statements of Work (SOW) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) upon successful award.
- Conduct Governance meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Guide teams in resolving conflicts, upskilling, and driving innovation at the grassroots level.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 20+ years of robust experience managing greenfield application development, application modernization, cloud transformation, and production support engagements.
- A proven track record of leading large, distributed teams and handling a portfolio size of approximately $30+ million.
- Strong experience interacting comfortably with client senior executives to drive discussions around Transformation and Strategy.
- Hands-on experience conducting Governance meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in discussing and presenting on DevOps, SRE, Cloud, Microservices architecture, Productivity tools (such as GHCP, Codium), and GenAI.
- Must be a strong team player, able to keep emotions out of work and focus on results and outcomes.
