Love's Travel Stops, a family-owned company fueling customers' journeys since 1964, is seeking a DEF Warehouse Production Worker. This role is central to supporting DEF operations at the terminal by loading, unloading, storing, mixing, and blending products. You will ensure compliance with operating procedures to maintain a safe environment and efficient operations.
What You'll Do
- Follow policies and use/wear all required safety equipment and gear.
- Execute processes for safe and efficient tank car and truck trailer unloading.
- Store materials in appropriate locations and receive/track materials in the terminal inventory system.
- Ensure inbound shipments are accurate and undamaged, reporting any quality variances.
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move items.
- Perform routine forklift inspections to ensure proper operation.
- Follow established SOPs to operate blending and mixing machines and produce quality products.
- Monitor equipment and production to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area, including cleaning blending equipment, walls, floors, and fixtures.
- Conduct quality control tests, draw product samples for laboratory testing, and record process data.
- Maintain written or electronic records regarding cleaning and product batches.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- HS Diploma or equivalent
Nice to Have
- 1 year of experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, farming, or agriculture environment
- Previous experience with forklift operation
