Responsibilities
- Participate in all stages of the implementation lifecycle, including discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, and post–go-live support.
- Gather requirements, configure the solution, manage expectations, identify risks, and communicate effectively with the Project Manager and client stakeholders.
- Provide Organizational Readiness consulting and guidance to Associate Consultants.
- Develop and manage project plans to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
- Lead client discovery sessions, document business requirements, and map them to DayForce functionality.
- Configure Ceridian DayForce modules to meet client needs.
- Facilitate solution design, configuration, unit testing, integration testing, training, and deployment activities.
- Conduct consulting sessions (phone, video, or in person) and prepare meeting documentation.
- Attend internal project meetings and provide updates on tasks, deliverables, and risks.
- Advise clients on DayForce best practices to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams, client stakeholders, and third-party partners to ensure successful implementation.
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of employee data.
- Perform data audits and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide post-deployment consulting assistance in assigned functional areas.
- Develop SQL scripts and XML transformations for integrations and interfaces.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert for assigned functional areas.
- Support Organizational Readiness activities to prepare clients for solution rollout.
- Review client policies periodically and recommend improvements based on industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3–5 years of software implementation experience.
- Experience with SaaS/Cloud solutions, ideally HRIS/HCM platforms.
- Ability to configure and deploy end‑to‑end HRIS modules.
- Strong understanding of HCM processes and workflows.
- Proficiency in SQL and XML.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and clients.
- Strong facilitation skills for workshops and client sessions.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with one or more of the following systems: Salesforce, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Kronos, Workbrain/Infor, RedPrairie/JDA, Ultimate, Oracle HR/Payroll, Ceridian DayForce (preferred).
- Experience in business process mapping; change management experience is a plus.
