The Arc of Ocean County is hiring a Day Program Instructor to create safe, engaging, and meaningful opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In this role, you will provide essential support within our vocational day programs, employment centers, and adult training centers.
What You'll Do
- Support individuals with daily living activities in a supervised setting.
- Provide direct care including assistance with personal hygiene, medication administration, and other personal tasks.
- Transport individuals to and from community outings.
- Complete proper electronic documentation.
What We're Looking For
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a Valid NJ Driver’s License with no more than five points.
- At least one year of longevity with a previous employer.
- High School Diploma or GED.
