Braze is looking for a Database Management Intern to gain hands-on experience supporting sales and marketing operations. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance our Salesforce CRM platform to improve data integrity, streamline workflows, and enable data-driven decisions.
What You'll Do
- Identify and merge duplicate records within Salesforce at contact, account, and opportunity levels.
- Audit Salesforce data for missing information and use online research tools to update and validate records.
- Assist in evaluating opportunities to streamline manual data entry through reports, validation rules, or basic automation.
- Support the development of dashboards or reports visualizing key metrics like pipeline health or conversion rates.
- Help document data management standards and create easy-to-follow guides for user consistency.
- Participate in other projects or tasks as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field with an expected graduation date after August 2026.
- Strong interest in sales operations, data management, or CRM systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and comfort working with large data sets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn from others.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets; exposure to Salesforce, Power BI, or similar data tools is a plus.
