Capgemini is seeking a Database Developer with strong expertise in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and modern data platforms like Snowflake and Python. The role involves designing and developing database solutions, working within a global team, and supporting the full development lifecycle while aligning with technology blueprints and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Technical expertise in building our next generation Business Rules Platform
  • Building quality solutions that align with the technology blueprint and best practices to solve business problems by driving design development and ongoing support
  • Work with our global team and provide technical direction in building solutions
  • Actively participating in knowledge sharing sessions code and design reviews etc

Requirements

  • 7 years of experience as Oracle SQL and PLSQL developer
  • Experience in Informatica development
  • Have strong QA skills Acceptance test driven development
  • Have strong skills in Snowflake and Python programming
  • Working knowledge of Amazon Web Services AWS EC2 Lambda EMR S3
  • Enjoy working on different technologies to solve business problems
  • Adapt to changing requirements and priorities
  • In depth Oracle 12c database and PLSQL knowledge
  • Enjoy learning new technologies data analysis identifying data patterns and trends
  • Can independently figure out technical challenges identify options and come up with innovative solutions
  • Perform Analysis Design Estimation and Development of the database components
  • Excellent communication skills to manage various stakeholders in US as well as in India

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Snaplogic
  • Experience in Agile methodologies or iterative development processes
  • Interested in to take ownership

Compensation

Base salary range: $80,420 to $106,050/yearly. Equity: Employee Share Ownership Plan. Eligible for variable compensation including bonuses or commissions
