Capgemini is looking for a Database Developer to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in designing and developing database solutions to build our next generation Business Rules Platform. You will collaborate continuously with partners, iteratively understand requirements, follow best practices, and provide technical expertise around the design, analysis, and development process management.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical expertise in building the next generation Business Rules Platform.
- Build quality solutions that align with the technology blueprint and best practices to solve business problems by driving design, development, and ongoing support.
- Work with the global team and provide technical direction in building solutions.
- Actively participate in knowledge sharing sessions, code and design reviews.
- Perform Analysis, Design, Estimation, and Development of the database components.
What We're Looking For
- 7 years of experience as an Oracle SQL and PLSQL developer.
- Experience in Informatica development.
- Strong QA skills and experience with Acceptance test driven development.
- Strong skills in Snowflake and Python programming.
- Working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS EC2, Lambda, EMR, S3).
- Enjoy working on different technologies to solve business problems.
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
- In depth knowledge of Oracle 12c database and PLSQL.
- Enjoy learning new technologies, data analysis, identifying data patterns and trends.
- Ability to independently figure out technical challenges, identify options, and come up with innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to manage various stakeholders in US as well as in India.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Snaplogic.
- Experience in Agile methodologies or iterative development processes.
- Interest in taking ownership.
