PSG Global Solutions is hiring a Database Architect

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the enterprise data warehouse as part of a large-scale administrative systems modernization initiative
  • Collaborate with ETL, business intelligence, and database administration teams to design data models and reporting frameworks that meet current and future reporting needs
  • Partner with data specialists to build, update, and maintain logical and physical data models using established methodologies such as those by Bill Inmon and Ralph Kimball
  • Coordinate with database administrators to ensure data models are implemented with high availability, scalability, and optimal performance
  • Detect and resolve data inconsistencies and quality problems to uphold data accuracy and reliability
  • Adopt an enterprise-wide perspective when designing data solutions, promoting reusable models while delivering targeted project support
  • Monitor system performance and optimize database queries to enhance efficiency
  • Document technical designs and share knowledge with team members to support long-term maintainability
