Helsana Krankenkasse is looking for a Data Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will leverage data to derive actionable insights that support decision-making and improve outcomes in the Swiss healthcare landscape.

What You'll Do

Develop statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems
Analyze large, structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends and opportunities
Translate data-driven insights into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders
Design and implement end-to-end data science projects, from data exploration to model deployment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and define analytical approaches

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a data science role, with a strong portfolio of applied projects
Expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data mining techniques
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis
Experience with SQL and data manipulation tools
Excellent communication skills for presenting technical findings to non-technical audiences
A degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
