Mindrift is looking for a freelance Data Scientist (Python & SQL) specializing as an AI Trainer to shape the future of Generative AI. At Mindrift, we believe in using the power of collective intelligence to ethically advance AI. In this role, you’ll collaborate on projects to enhance AI models' specialized question answering and complex reasoning skills by creating high-quality, computational data science problems.
What You'll Do
- Design original computational data science problems that simulate real-world analytical workflows across industries like telecom, finance, government, e-commerce, and healthcare.
- Create problems requiring Python programming to solve, utilizing libraries including pandas, numpy, scipy, sklearn, statsmodels, matplotlib, and seaborn.
- Develop problems requiring non-trivial reasoning chains in data processing, statistical analysis, feature engineering, predictive modeling, and insight extraction.
- Base your work on real business challenges such as customer analytics, risk assessment, fraud detection, forecasting, optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Design end-to-end problems spanning the complete data science pipeline from data ingestion to deployment considerations.
- Incorporate big data processing scenarios requiring scalable computational approaches.
- Verify all problem solutions using Python with standard data science libraries and statistical methods.
- Document problem statements clearly with realistic business contexts and provide verified correct answers.
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Expertise in data science libraries including pandas, numpy, scipy, sklearn, statsmodels, matplotlib, and seaborn.
- Ability to design computationally intensive problems that cannot be solved manually.
- Experience creating deterministic problems with reproducible answers.
