Responsibilities
- Examine production and process data throughout the entire manufacturing lifecycle to generate actionable insights for operations, engineering, and quality teams.
- Create sophisticated analytical models to aid in continued process verification, root-cause analysis, and process optimization; assist with batch documentation and data retrieval.
- Enhance and maintain organizational data analytics infrastructure, including dashboards, standard reports, and on-demand analyses.
- Act as the subject matter expert for the PI System suite (PI Data Archive, PI AF, PI Vision), guiding users in accessing, organizing, and understanding time-series data.
- Help design integrated data pipeline architectures linking PI Historian, MES (PAS-X), process control systems, and other operational and information technology systems to analytics platforms.
- Provide data-backed analysis and evidence to support quality investigations, risk evaluations, and ongoing process validation activities.
