Join Tiger Analytics as a Data Science Manager to spearhead our Pricing and Promotion Optimization team. You will lead the development and execution of product strategies, focusing on analytics-driven decision-making to enhance business outcomes for a CPG client.

What You'll Do

Apply data science to solve business problems in the optimization space.
Communicate analytics approaches and objectives to business partners.
Create, manage, and communicate a clear product roadmap and strategic vision.
Design and implement quarterly plans aligned with goals, KPIs, and timelines.
Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of 5-6 members.
Define and implement an optimization framework for pricing and promotional strategies.
Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Analytics teams.
Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities.
Track and analyze key metrics to ensure product success and drive growth.
Collaborate with and coach a team of experienced Data Scientists.
Stay connected with external ideas through conferences and community engagements.
Support demands from regulators and investor relations with innovative solutions.

What We're Looking For

10+ years of Data Science experience.
8+ years in product management, focusing on pricing, promotions, or optimization.
A graduate degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience managing a team and leading product initiatives.
Skilled in creating product roadmaps, setting priorities, and executing strategic plans.
Strong data analysis skills with experience in pricing strategies and optimization.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
A bias for action with strong task prioritization and time management abilities.
A proactive, curious, can-do, and flexible attitude.

Nice to Have

Experience in Azure environments and Databricks.

Team & Environment
