Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced AI solutions based on NLP and large language models to meet business needs
- Apply AI technologies to real-world problems to enhance business efficiency and decision-making
- Lead and coordinate the implementation of large AI projects, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and project delivery
- Ensure AI projects are completed on time and within budget
- Design efficient prompts and perform fine-tuning of large language models to optimize performance
- Support various natural language processing tasks such as text generation and text classification
- Lead and mentor a small team, ensuring team members have the necessary skills and knowledge
- Provide guidance and support to achieve team goals and project success
- Track the latest research in NLP and large language models
- Explore new technologies and methods to maintain the company's competitive edge in the field
Requirements
- Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Natural Language Processing, or a related field
- Extensive experience in natural language processing and large language models
- Proven success in large AI projects
- Proficiency in using large AI models such as GPT-3, BERT, etc.
- Experience in prompt design and fine-tuning of large language models
- Strong team leadership and collaboration skills
- Ability to effectively manage and mentor a small team
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
- Fluent spoken English
