Parkhill is hiring a Senior Data Scientist to leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI to generate actionable insights that drive business decisions and project outcomes. In this role, you will analyze complex datasets, build predictive models, and advise multidisciplinary teams across our architecture, engineering, and consulting services.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with the Data and AI governance group, Data and AI board, and Digital Practice group to set the direction for the Lakehouse infrastructure.
- Analyze large, diverse datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational or project improvements.
- Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to inform planning, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Create dashboards and visualizations that communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Apply AI and machine learning methods, including generative AI, to support data and AI use cases.
- Collaborate with business SMEs, data engineer, and the Digital Practice group to translate analytics into actionable recommendations.
- Contribute to the growth of Parkhill’s data science capabilities.
- Stay current with emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and data science applicable to the AEC and consulting sectors.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
- 7+ years in data science, analytics, or AI roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python or R, including relevant ML libraries.
- Expertise in SQL and experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) for analytics and model deployment.
- Experience with generative AI frameworks.
