Captivation Software is looking for a Mid-level Data Scientist to join our team. You will support the Model Management team, working to build something to be proud of.
What You'll Do
- Support the Model Management team.
- Analyze complex datasets and develop analytics.
- Build descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.
What We're Looking For
- Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph.
- All candidates must be a U.S. citizen.
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in a quantitative discipline (e.g., statistics, mathematics, operations research, engineering or computer science).
- Five (5) years of experience analyzing datasets and developing analytics.
- Five (5) years of experience programming with data analysis software such as R, Python, SAS, or MATLAB.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R.
- Strong foundation in statistics and probability.
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and frameworks (such as TensorFlow and Scikit-Learn).
- Ability to clean and organize complex datasets (Data Wrangling).
- Familiarity with SQL and database management systems (like PostgreSQL and MongoDB).
- Skills in data visualization tools (such as Tableau and Matplotlib).

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: $130,000 - $270,000 (Depends on the Years of Experience).
