Jobgether is looking for a Data Scientist to join our team. You will translate complex customer evaluation data into actionable insights that drive business outcomes and inform strategic decision-making. Your core work will involve automating analytical workflows, building scalable data processes, and creating compelling ROI narratives to influence purchasing decisions.

What You'll Do

Analyze customer evaluation data to generate clear, actionable insights that demonstrate solution value.
Develop and maintain standardized ROI frameworks to quantify business impact across different customer profiles.
Automate reporting processes and build templated analyses adaptable for various industries and customer segments.
Support the design and implementation of scalable, repeatable analytical workflows.
Aggregate insights across evaluations to identify market trends, benchmarking opportunities, and product enhancement needs.
Contribute to feedback loops that channel insights to product teams for continuous improvement.
Collaborate effectively with sales, product, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of insights.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of hands-on experience in data science, preferably in customer-facing analytics, process automation, or sales engineering.
Proficiency in Python or R, SQL, and statistical analysis libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn).
Experience with data visualization tools such as Quicksight, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern data stack technologies.
Ability to translate complex technical analyses into compelling business narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills, with initiative and ownership mindset.

Nice to Have

Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience in identity verification, fraud detection, financial services, or presenting technical findings to clients during sales processes.
