econstruct is hiring a Data Researcher to join our Design & Creative department in Cairo. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to directly inform and shape our creative and design strategies, working in a hybrid model.

What You'll Do

Conduct comprehensive research to gather data relevant to design and creative projects.
Analyze and synthesize data to extract actionable insights and trends.
Translate complex data findings into clear, compelling reports and visualizations for creative teams.
Collaborate with designers and creatives to define research goals and methodologies.
Stay current with research methodologies and data sources relevant to the creative industry.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a data research or analysis role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
