About the Role

LVT is looking for a Data Migration Business Analyst II to lead and participate in data migration projects for the SEI Wealth Platform. You will focus on financial services implementations, analyzing data mapping requirements, guiding technical teams, and managing client conversion activities.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and/or participate in various simultaneous client and internal projects.
  • Participate in the new client implementation process, focusing on identifying, verifying, and documenting data mapping requirements from client and SEI legacy source systems.
  • Participate and guide technical teams in data validations, reconciliation reporting, and automation opportunities.
  • Participate in data engineering and integration activities needed for implementation projects.
  • Maintain project and team artifacts.
  • Effectively support status updates to SEI stakeholders and clients as needed.
  • Travel to client locations as needed (less than 25%) and support weekend migration activities.
  • Manage collection and population of data migration items in support of client conversion to the SEI Wealth Platform.
  • Engage various internal teams as needed to support potential changes in service or operational processes.
  • Perform effectively in a team environment including internal SEI teams.
  • Where required, train other team members.
  • Function as an individual contributor and make independent decisions where needed.
  • Monitor and adhere to administrative policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For

  • B.S/B.A in Computer Science, Engineering or a related degree, or similar certification in a Business domain.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry and/or with investment processing systems.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business domain or background in Business Analysis.
  • Knowledge of Data modeling and Data mining products—Power BI and Python.
  • Familiarity with Data Warehouse, integration frameworks and tools such as Snowflake and Informatica.
  • Understanding of relational databases and demonstrated ability to write SQL queries.
  • Working knowledge of SEI Wealth Platform specifically related to currency, fee and statement events, asset set up, investment compliance rules and account set up.
  • Good understanding of various Wealth Management Platforms to perform data profiling and data transformation activities.
  • Knowledge of global instruments including equity, fixed income and funds, as well as the Private Banking business.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to articulate problems and solutions related to complex data scenarios.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

  • Capacity to work within sophisticated systems and large data sets.
