The University of Florida is hiring a Data Management Analyst III for the Department of Health Outcomes and Biomedical Informatics (HOBI), Integrated Data Repository (IDR). This position is central to managing and validating health data for research purposes.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate data curation and analysis of ETL pipelines for UF Health data into the state-wide Clinical Research Network (CRN).
- Set up, maintain, and extend the Informatics for Integrating Biology & the Bedside (i2b2) platform to facilitate cohort discovery for OneFlorida+ investigators.
- Use statistical software to create data validation processes and plan for ways to address data quality.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, or Biotechnology and four (4) years of experience in advanced data processing techniques with a solid technical understanding of software and hardware applications used to support UF's data services.
- OR a Master's degree in Computer Science, Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, or Biotechnology and two (2) years of experience in advanced data processing techniques with a solid technical understanding of software and hardware applications used to support UF's data services.
