Responsibilities

• Collect and manage large volumes of raw data using techniques such as scripting, web scraping, API integration, and SQL querying
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement and refine algorithmic solutions
• Transform unstructured data into analyzable formats and conduct in-depth analysis
• Deliver on-demand analytical support to guide business decisions
• Retrieve data from relational databases and perform manipulation and exploration using quantitative, statistical, and visualization methods
• Advise on modeling approaches to ensure statistically sound predictive model development
• Create and manage processes for validating and refreshing predictive models
• Model and forecast health service usage trends and simulate outcomes for new healthcare delivery models
• Partner with business, analytics, and data strategy teams to enhance model integration and efficiency in core software
• Apply statistical methods to prioritize initiatives for optimal impact
• Detect opportunities for improvement and communicate actionable strategies
• Conduct targeted data research and analysis to meet organizational objectives
• Discover ways to boost productivity through advanced statistical modeling
• Examine datasets to uncover potential improvements in business performance
