Talent Hero is looking for a Data Engineer to build and maintain scalable data infrastructure for leading US companies. This is a 100% remote position open exclusively to professionals based in the United Kingdom.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines
- Integrate data from multiple sources and ensure data quality
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to support data needs
- Optimise data storage and retrieval for performance
- Work with batch and real-time processing frameworks
- Implement and manage ETL processes
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 1+ year in a Data Engineer or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL and Python (or another scripting language)
- Experience with data warehouse technologies and ETL tools
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience working with US-based teams
Technical Stack
- Python, SQL, Spark, Airflow, Kafka, dbt, Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery
