About the Role

NVIDIA seeks a Data Engineer for its Developer Program to design and build data products and ETL pipelines that provide insight into developer community needs. You will aggregate data from multiple sources to track SDK downloads and activities, collaborating closely with product development, program management, and analytics teams. NVIDIA is a leader in Artificial Intelligence, High-Performance Computing, and Visualization.

What You'll Do

  • Implement, test, and maintain data management systems handling large data sets from content delivery networks (CDNs) and other sources like GitHub.
  • Build data processing applications with core design principles of scalability, maintainability, security, and coding best practices.
  • Develop and implement best practices for building data products, including data mining, data modeling, and access interfaces such as SQL views and API services.
  • Implement company-wide data policies to protect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) data.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of robust error handling, fault-tolerant systems, and monitoring and alerting pipelines under senior engineer guidance.
  • Develop automated test routines that perform unit, functional, and system testing.
  • Work directly with data analysts and product marketing leads to diagnose and resolve issues in day-to-day data operations.

What We're Looking For

  • A BS degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years experience in data engineering or analytics using SQL, Python, and regular expressions.
  • Experience working on 3rd-party integrations, including REST API integrations and ETL standard processes.
  • Familiarity with source code repository workflows.

Nice to Have

  • Background with Spark SQL and Databricks.
  • Background working with Salesforce APIs and data.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS), particularly AWS Lambda.

You will work with product development, program management, and analytics & insights teams.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation: $108,000 USD - $184,000 USD for Level 2, and $136,000 USD - $212,750 USD for Level 3.
  • Eligible for equity.
  • Benefits package.
