Responsibilities
- Design, test, and sustain data management platforms handling large-scale datasets from content delivery networks and external repositories such as GitHub.
- Create scalable, secure, and maintainable data processing applications following industry-standard coding practices.
- Establish and apply best practices for data product development, including data extraction, modeling techniques, and access methods like SQL views and API services.
- Enforce enterprise-wide data governance policies to safeguard personally identifiable information.
- Support the creation of resilient systems with effective error handling, fault tolerance, and monitoring solutions under senior engineering direction.
- Develop automated testing frameworks covering unit, functional, and system-level validation.
- Collaborate with data analysts and marketing teams to troubleshoot and resolve operational data issues.
