Nationale‑Nederlanden (NN Group) is seeking a Medior Data Engineer to strengthen its strategic Group Finance & Risk data platform. This platform is a key capability supporting reliable reporting, regulatory processes, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Develop, optimize, and maintain robust data pipelines using SQL, Python, and Databricks
- Implement and manage data transformation models using dbt
- Contribute to the enhancement and governance of the Group Finance & Risk data platform
- Collaborate with analysts, architects, and domain experts to deliver consistent and controlled data outputs
What We're Looking For
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
- Hands-on experience with Databricks
- Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data modeling
- A structured, detail-oriented approach, comfortable working in regulated and data-sensitive environments
- A team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills
