Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is hiring a Data Collections and Analytics Specialist to ensure the quality and continuous improvement of our data collection and reporting processes. This role is crucial in maintaining JLL's reputation for excellence by directly enhancing the accuracy and reliability of our team's work.
What You'll Do
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive QA/QC processes and procedures.
- Conduct thorough reviews of all reports and data collected by the team.
- Identify discrepancies, errors, or areas for improvement in team deliverables.
- Provide detailed feedback and recommendations for corrections or enhancements on a daily basis.
- Analyze current workflows and processes to identify areas for quality enhancement.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency without compromising quality.
- Create and maintain quality metrics and KPIs to track team performance.
- Lead initiatives to standardize and optimize data collection and reporting methods.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve quality-related issues.
- Develop and conduct training sessions on quality standards and best practices.
- Mentor team members on quality control techniques and attention to detail.
- Act as a resource for questions related to quality standards and procedures.
- Ensure all deliverables comply with relevant program scope.
- Stay updated on changes in industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in managing and mitigating risks associated with data accuracy and report quality.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of qualified work experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
- Experience with quality management systems and statistical analysis tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
