AECOM is looking for a Data Center BIM Lead to support the delivery of hyperscale Data Center projects. In this role, you will collaborate with our global BIM team and serve as a primary point of contact for BIM coordination and quality assurance.

What You'll Do

Create and manage BIM models for MEP systems, data center components, and technical libraries to support design, analysis, fabrication, and installation.
Maintain BIM/CAD data formats, templates, libraries, and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance with project standards.
Collaborate with contractors, architects, and engineers to facilitate coordination and clash detection across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
Support the preparation of detailed construction drawings aligned with design intent.
Oversee BIM data integrity, ensure adherence to client requirements, and drive continuous improvement across digital workflows.
Provide leadership and direction of specific BIM technologies to assigned project teams.
Develop technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems and independently determine the approach.
Perform complex assignments involving the use of multiple application platforms, including Revit, to achieve set results and deadlines.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of relevant experience in CAD/BIM drafting.
At least 3 years of experience in BIM management for complex building types or demonstrated equivalency.
Proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360, Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Creative problem solver with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.

Nice to Have

Data Center experience.
Familiarity with data center design criteria and industry standards.
