3Pillar is looking for a Data Architect to define and implement the data architecture and strategy for our products. You will create scalable models and ensure data integrity across systems.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable data architectures
- Develop data models, standards, and governance policies
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Evaluate and recommend data management technologies and tools
- Establish data quality frameworks and monitoring processes
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in data architecture, modeling, and database design
- Proven expertise with SQL and NoSQL database systems
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and data lakes
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Ability to communicate complex data concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
