3Pillar is looking for a Data Architect to define and implement the data architecture and strategy for our products. You will create scalable models and ensure data integrity across systems.

What You'll Do

Design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable data architectures
Develop data models, standards, and governance policies
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
Evaluate and recommend data management technologies and tools
Establish data quality frameworks and monitoring processes

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in data architecture, modeling, and database design
Proven expertise with SQL and NoSQL database systems
Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and data lakes
Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Ability to communicate complex data concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
