Responsibilities
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor sales metrics and uncover performance trends across business segments such as merchant acquisition, retention, and regional outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, increase efficiency, and grow revenue by analyzing data patterns, market dynamics, and operational workflows, then deliver clear recommendations to leadership.
- Support sales forecasting, capacity planning, and goal setting by applying statistical models and historical data to generate reliable projections.
- Work with data engineering and BI teams to uphold data quality and access, using SQL and Python to extract, clean, and transform data for analysis and reporting.
- Use advanced data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI to create intuitive, scalable reports that support business decision-making.
- Evaluate sales funnel effectiveness, conversion rates, and cycle times to detect inefficiencies and suggest process improvements that boost productivity.

Utilize SQL, Python, and advanced visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to extract, transform, and present data.
- Sales Optimization: Analyze sales funnel performance, conversion rates, and sales cycle efficiency to pinpoint bottlenecks and recommend solutions that streamline operations and enhance productivity.
