Citicorp Services India Private Limited is hiring a Data Analytics Senior Analyst to join our team in Irving, Texas. This senior professional role leverages in-depth disciplinary knowledge to develop new techniques and improve processes. You will coordinate strategic data science initiatives, influence business decisions through analysis and project leadership, and contribute to optimizing data quality across banking platforms.
What You'll Do
- Apply in-depth disciplinary knowledge to contribute to new techniques and improved processes.
- Coordinate and contribute to data science initiatives that support overall business objectives.
- Assume an informal/formal leadership role by coaching and training new recruits.
- Influence team decisions and performance through expert advice and facilitation.
- Conduct strategic data analysis, identify insights and implications, and make strategic recommendations.
- Develop data displays that clearly communicate complex analysis.
- Mine and analyze data from various banking platforms to drive optimization and improve data quality.
- Deliver analytics initiatives to address business problems, identifying required data and establishing project plans.
- Consult with business clients to identify system functional specifications.
- Solve complex system issues through in-depth evaluation of business processes and industry standards.
- Lead the system change process from requirements through implementation and provide user support.
- Formulate and define systems scope and objectives for complex projects.
- Drive communication between business leaders and IT, exchanging complex information effectively.
- Appropriately assess risk when making business decisions, safeguarding the firm's reputation and assets.
What We're Looking For
- 5-8 years of experience using tools for statistical modeling of large data sets.
- Ability to effectively use complex analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving techniques.
- Demonstrated interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
