Responsibilities
- Promote a culture that relies on data to guide strategic choices throughout the organization
- Collaborate with executive leadership and departments to pinpoint and prioritize analytics opportunities with significant business impact
- Manage, mentor, and grow a skilled analytics team focused on high performance
- Oversee critical analytics platforms and manage relationships with external vendors
- Act as a liaison between technical specialists and business stakeholders to ensure accurate and confident interpretation of data
- Direct the creation of user-friendly dashboards and reporting tools, including platforms like Tableau
- Convert operational goals into measurable metrics, KPIs, and actionable insights
- Produce and deliver analytical insights related to membership growth, lending activity, deposit trends, and digital platform usage
- Enable non-technical teams to access and interpret data through self-service tools and improved data access
- Develop and implement data governance policies that are both practical and scalable
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy through systematic quality checks and monitoring processes
- Create and manage consistent data definitions, tracking of data lineage, and comprehensive documentation
- Ensure adherence to legal, privacy, and cybersecurity standards in all data practices
- Lead the planning and enhancement of the enterprise data warehouse architecture
- Supervise data integration workflows across core systems, digital platforms, lending infrastructure, and third-party services
- Guarantee the data environment is performant, scalable, and dependable
- Keep informed about advancements in modern data technologies and architectures, such as Snowflake
- Perform additional responsibilities as required
