Clarify Health is looking for a Data Analytics Associate to transform complex healthcare data into clear, actionable intelligence. In this role, you will be instrumental in uncovering patterns and insights that directly influence our strategic outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, performance metrics, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical projects
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the analysis lifecycle
- Contribute to the development of analytical frameworks and methodologies
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, or a related quantitative field
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to present complex data findings clearly to non-technical audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Computer Science
