SKELAR is looking for a Data Analyst to be the first in this role for our e-commerce brand, Leaply. You will architect the ‘Single Source of Truth’ for commercial intelligence, connecting aggressive ad spend, web funnel performance, and physical operations.
What You'll Do
- Lead the effort to integrate fragmented data sources into a unified analytical view.
- Deep dive into ad performance to understand the holistic impact of traffic sources on total ecosystem revenue.
- Analyze user journeys to evaluate A/B tests on landing pages, checkout flows, and bundles to maximize Conversion Rate and AOV.
- Build dashboards to monitor stock levels and predict inventory depletion to answer reorder timing and capital allocation.
- Design and maintain automated dashboards that provide real-time visibility into P&L and Contribution Margin.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics.
- Strong SQL skills where window functions, CTEs, and complex joins across disparate datasets are second nature.
- Experience working with Digital Marketing data from Meta Ads, Google Ads, and similar platforms.
- Proficient with BI Visualization tools and know how to tell a story with data.
- Autonomous—as a Middle+ specialist, you identify gaps in data and fix them without waiting for a ticket.
- Confident English level in both colloquial and written forms.
