About the Role

The Codest is hiring a Product Analyst to connect complex technological environments with business growth goals. You will transform raw data into strategic product recommendations with real impact on business development, working for one of Europe's largest e-commerce platforms, used by millions daily.

What You'll Do

  • Perform advanced analytical work using SQL/BigQuery and Python/R for statistical analysis and building replicable, versioned analytical workflows.
  • Apply Machine Learning practically (e.g., boosted decision trees, scikit-learn, pandas) to solve specific business problems.
  • Create clear, engaging dashboards and narratives in Tableau or Looker Studio focused on insights and decisions, not just metric presentation.
  • Bridge development teams and business effectively through a broad understanding of UX/Design and backend architecture areas.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a Data Analyst or Data Engineer role, including work with data in production environments.
  • Very good knowledge of SQL, including creating complex queries and optimizing them for performance.
  • Experience using Python in the context of data processing and analytics.
  • Ability to analyze complex customer processes and visualize results in BI tools.
  • Advanced skills in designing, conducting, and interpreting complex A/B tests.
  • Experience leading strategic initiatives as a Single Thread Owner, with the ability to clearly communicate complex technical issues to director-level stakeholders, focusing on business implications.
  • Ability to combine qualitative UX research and market analysis with quantitative data to build a holistic view of a problem and support product decisions.

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing budgets in a GCP environment and optimizing the performance of analytical microservices.
  • Knowledge of products and solutions from the MarTech or AdTech area.

  • Compensation: PLN 18,000 - PLN 21,000 per month
