EX Squared is hiring a Data Analyst (Remote, US-based)

Jobgether is hiring a Data Analyst to play a central role in improving healthcare access and outcomes. You will transform raw data into actionable intelligence, directly impacting operational efficiency and the quality of care delivered to underserved populations. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, you will leverage SQL, visualization tools, and analytical best practices to inform business decisions.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with product, operations, and customer success teams to translate business requirements into actionable analytics.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc analyses using SQL, Metabase, and Google Sheets.
• Perform exploratory and descriptive data analyses to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through QA processes and collaboration with Data Engineering.
• Optimize SQL queries and document analytical processes for scalability and reproducibility.
• Define and track key performance metrics, including clinical outcomes, patient engagement, and social determinants of health.
• Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders to inform strategy, program improvements, and decision-making.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL (BigQuery preferred) and data visualization tools (Metabase preferred).
• Experience with data cleaning, transformation, and analysis of large datasets.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis or scripting languages such as Python or R.
• Knowledge of data governance and metadata documentation.
• Commitment to privacy and compliance standards (HIPAA familiarity preferred).

Nice to Have

• Exposure to predictive analytics or AI/ML workflows is a plus.
• Experience in healthcare, public health, or working with social determinants of health data.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (GCP preferred).
