Kaizen Asset Management Services is seeking a Data Analyst (MIS) to play a critical role in enterprise-wide reporting, data analysis, and dashboard development. This remote position enables management decision-making by delivering actionable insights and contributes to the continuous improvement of reporting and MIS processes.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain MIS dashboards, including executive and departmental dashboards for financial, operational, customer experience, and other metrics.
- Translate business KPIs into clear, visual, and actionable dashboards, ensuring they are automated, refreshed on time, and aligned with standards.
- Analyze large datasets from multiple systems, performing reconciliation, trend analysis, and variance analysis to identify performance gaps.
- Validate KPI definitions, formulas, and reporting logic while maintaining a data dictionary.
- Enter, manage, and validate data in databases and reporting tools, supporting the creation of new processes to improve data accuracy.
- Work confidently with reporting tools and analytics platforms like Yellowfin or similar BI tools.
- Collaborate with an AI Tools Specialist to leverage AI-powered reporting, automation, and anomaly detection.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc business reports, communicating findings clearly to managers and executives.
- Work across business lines to gather reporting requirements and define specifications.
- Perform data validation checks, support data integrity initiatives, and contribute to root-cause analysis for recurring issues.
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and reduce manual effort.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor's degree in business, finance, data analytics, information systems, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, MIS Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Proven experience in enterprise reporting, dashboard development, and data analysis.
- Excellent analytical and technical skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and judgment in handling business-critical information.
- Customer service obsession and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with dashboards, BI tools, and advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
- A strong understanding of KPIs, metrics, and reporting logic.
- Comfort working with software systems, data integrations, and multiple data sources, with the ability to quickly learn new tools.

- Exposure to AI-enabled reporting or automation tools is a strong advantage.
