Proof of Contribution Team Overview: Our Payments & Blockchain division operates at the intersection of blockchain intelligence, product dynamics, and financial infrastructure. We transform raw blockchain signals, transaction logs, and platform interactions into strategic insights guiding product development, trading strategies, and operational decisions. We meticulously examine user liquidity movement, onchain interactions, and transactional pathways, making this knowledge accessible, actionable, and scalable across the organization. You'll develop models, metrics, and data pipelines that deepen our understanding of onchain behavior and payment performance. Your role involves analyzing fund movements, liquidity patterns, product utilization, and user behaviors to drive product enhancements and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: - Analyze blockchain and payment data at scale - Validate transactions and reconcile onchain data - Interact with blockchain APIs and data repositories - Construct automated data models using SQL, Python, Airflow, dbt - Design trend-revealing dashboards - Develop automated performance indicators - Collaborate with engineering teams - Communicate insights through compelling narratives Required Capabilities: - 3+ years analytics experience in crypto/fintech - Strong blockchain technology understanding - SQL and Python proficiency - ETL pipeline development experience - dbt and version-controlled workflow expertise - Dashboard creation skills - Analytical problem-solving abilities - Exceptional communication skills Preferred Qualifications: - Blockchain financial data reconciliation experience - Automated monitoring system expertise Ongoing applications accepted.
