Responsibilities
- Assist the Regional Auditor in conducting internal audits at various operational sites.
- Verify the accuracy of data, adherence to compliance standards, and integrity of business processes across locations.
- Keep thorough records and enforce governance for automated systems, data pipelines, and audit procedures.
- Create and deploy automated workflows to improve efficiency in data gathering, reporting, and daily operations.
- Work with teams across Production, Commercial, and Finance functions to find and execute automation and process optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with the ELS unit to implement and sustain regional operational improvements.
- Build and manage real-time operational dashboards tracking metrics such as OEE, scrap rates, downtime, and delivery performance.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to detect trends, patterns, and irregularities in large-scale datasets.
- Design, build, and support interactive dashboards using platforms like Power BI or Looker to visualize key performance indicators.
- Enable leadership teams to make informed decisions by providing accessible and accurate KPI insights.
- Lead efforts to improve visibility into data and enhance the efficiency of information systems across departments.
- Conduct on-demand analyses and fulfill special data requests from management to support strategic decisions.
