Responsibilities
- Serve as a specialist in data engineering and analytics, applying knowledge of business intelligence, database systems, ETL workflows, data pipeline architecture, SQL, Python, and analytical methodologies to build dependable and scalable data infrastructure
- Act as a domain expert in healthcare risk adjustment and health plan data, with strong familiarity in Medicare, Medicaid, and ACA Commercial risk adjustment programs to support accurate data analysis, reporting, and implementation
- Serve as a technical resource for application-level analysis and problem resolution, identifying root causes of system, data, and process issues, proposing solutions, and coordinating with technical teams for effective fixes
- Adhere to all terms of the employment agreement, organizational policies, and management directives, including adjustments such as relocation, team changes, shift modifications, flexible work policies, remote work options, and other operational decisions driven by business needs
