Humana and CenterWell are looking for a Data Analyst (Informaticist 2) to coordinate with analytics, IT, and business areas. You will apply advanced expertise in data analytics, modeling, and optimization to support strategic decision-making and enhance organizational performance, with a focus on medication adherence.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate with analytics, IT, and business areas across the organization to ensure work is completed with insights from knowledge SMEs.
- Apply advanced expertise in data analytics, modeling, optimization, and analytical tools to support strategic decision-making and enhance organizational performance.
- Apply analytical methodologies to forecast behaviors and optimize programs and products, contributing to revenue growth and improved outcomes.
- Leverage models to develop, test, and validate initiatives that enhance the quality and effectiveness of organizational interventions.
- Advance financial modeling approaches by integrating business context and strategic insights.
- Interpret and communicate complex data to diverse stakeholders, translating mathematical concepts into actionable business impacts.
- Develop and implement adherence methodologies within Databricks.
- Leverage data to identify and analyze target populations and design experiments to evaluate the impact of initiatives.
- Design and maintain analytical systems, conduct data-driven analyses, generate reports, and present actionable insights to support key initiatives.
- Support Medicare and Medicaid programs, trend management efforts, and other strategic priorities.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2 - 5 years of data analysis experience.
- Ability to use appropriate problem solving, research and analysis tools.
- Proficient coding in languages like Python, SAS, and/or C++.
- Experience with data mining, predictive modeling techniques and using data to drive business outcomes and decisions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
Nice to Have
- Advanced Degree.
- Experience with preferred technologies such as Databricks, Python, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Six Sigma certification.
