NinjaHoldings is seeking a self-directed Data Analyst for its Marketing Analytics team. You will partner with Marketing and senior analytics experts to support the data pipeline, analyze funnel performance, and identify drop-off drivers. The role involves using SQL, Python, Snowflake, DBT, and Periscope to deliver actionable insights.
What You'll Do
- Monitor key funnel metrics through reports and dashboards to track channel performance, diagnose deviations, and surface root-cause insights.
- Use SQL and Python to analyze funnel trends, quantify drop-off drivers, and provide recommendations to optimize performance.
- Communicate concise and actionable business strategy recommendations to senior management.
- Update and maintain DBT data models in Snowflake to enhance and streamline reporting for marketing dashboards.
- Build, update, and maintain Periscope dashboards, adding new charts and metrics to improve visibility across the marketing funnel.
- Partner with Marketing, Risk, and Engineering to implement strategy changes, monitor releases, and conduct post-release impact analysis.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree required with 1+ years of experience in data analytics, or a Master's degree.
- Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases and query authoring.
- Working familiarity with a variety of databases.
- Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with key attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., math, statistics, operations research, quantitative finance, physics, engineering, computer sciences).
- Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency using Python.
- Experience with BI reporting tools is a plus.
