Teachable is hiring a Data Analyst III to lead deep dives into our data, uncovering patterns and trends that drive strategic decisions. Reporting to the Head of Data, you will be a key expert, collaborating with business and product teams to validate hypotheses, answer complex questions, and disseminate actionable insights throughout the company.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute complex data analyses using statistical techniques and modeling to validate business hypotheses.
- Detect patterns, trends, and anomalies in data and translate them into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and business growth.
- Serve as a key expert in data analysis, providing guidance and best practices to team members and stakeholders across the company.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience within data analytics and/or data science.
- Strong curiosity for uncovering insights from data.
- Proven experience in delivering data studies focused on generating and sharing actionable data.
- Deep understanding of statistical methods, including hypothesis testing and statistical modeling.
- Proficiency in SQL for extracting data directly from source systems.
- Sharp critical thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment with fast learning and deliveries.
- Advanced English proficiency (conversational, listening, writing).
Nice to Have
- Ability to perform data cleaning and processing steps using Python or R languages.
- Hands-on experience in building Machine Learning models.
