Remote Available (CST, EST) Position Purpose: Dive deep into complex datasets and turn raw information into game-changing business strategies. Partner with key stakeholders to uncover opportunities that can reduce healthcare costs and dramatically improve patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: • Interpret and analyze data from diverse sources: healthcare providers, patient records, and third-party datasets • Execute large-scale projects with minimal supervision, driving initiatives forward independently • Conduct root-cause analysis on data anomalies, developing and presenting innovative solutions to leadership and clients • Juggle multiple tasks and review processes efficiently, meeting targeted timelines with precision • Support process improvements and identify automation opportunities that streamline complex workflows • Apply advanced quantitative analysis and data mining techniques to reveal insights beyond surface-level numbers • Communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical business partners, both verbally and visually • Proactively engage with customers and partners to gather requirements and validate results • Develop and present data-driven recommendations, actively incorporating feedback • Maintain compliance with all organizational policies and standards Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, public health, health informatics, healthcare administration, finance or related field.
